Fading Dusk is an Urban Fantasy novel taking place in New Orleans. It tells a story centred around vampires, werewolves and faeries. A young woman, Dawn, works as a translator of ancient texts suddenly finds herself in the middle of a supernatural conflict between vampires and werewolfs when she starts translating a strange and mysterious book called Vermiis Mysteris. Both vampire lord Zander Kopft and the mad leader of the local werewolf-pack Remus are willing to kill to get their hands on the ancient text.
Dawn, together with exotic dancer Todd, an employee of Zander, are swept up in a whirlwind of danger, violence and passion as they try to solve the mystery of the book. The plot takes a dangerous turn when Dawn is kidnaped by Remus, and Todd has to face not only the rage of the master vampire but his own dark and violent past in order to try and save her.
